Your voucher is an easy and flexible way to enjoy an exciting and exhilarating experience. All vouchers are valid for 12 months for one person. Courses run on selected weekdays, Saturdays and some Sundays from April 1st through to October 31st – you are advised to book as early as possible to avoid disappointment. Your experience will be re-booked if cancelled due to inclement weather. Participants are asked to bring a towel and to wear clothing appropriate to the time of year. All limbs must be covered. Changing & shower facilities are available. The venue welcomes spectators.

RESTRICTIONS

MAXIMUM HEIGHT OF 6’2” MAXIMUM WEIGHT OF 16 STONE MINIMUM AGE 16YEARS (although under 18 years need parental consent).

This experience is not suitable for those with serious back problems, heart complaints or pregnant ladies.

All bookings are subject to availability. On-line payments will be made via Pay Pal Secured Payments other methods of payment are available on request. Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been made in full. Vouchers are valid for the period stated at the date of issue or for the duration of any special offer as applicable. Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash. Non attendance on the day of the experience without prior notice will result in the cancellation of your voucher and the entire fee forfeited.

CANCELLATION FEES AND PROCEDURES:

Application to transfer your Experience Day booking to another date must be made at least 14 days prior to your event – an administration fee of £25.00 will apply. We reserve the right to modify or cancel the Experience Day at our discretion in which event and alternative date or full refund will be offered. In the event of Team Power Boating cancelling an event due to circumstances outside of our control i.e, inclement weather / water closure the event will be rescheduled at no extra cost. Any travel, hotel or other expenses incurred will not be reimbursed by Team Power boating. In the unlikely event of Team Power Boating encountering equipment problems / failure we will endeavour to ensure that substitute equipment is available for your use. Should this not be possible Team Power Boating will offer a part / full refund or an alternative date.

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

Any personal belongings including motor vehicles, damaged lost or stolen during the event are not the responsibility of Team Power Boating. Participants are required by law to disclose all medical conditions or disabilities that might effect or be affected by your participation i.e. back/ heart conditions / hearing. You will be required to sign a declaration of your fitness to participate on arrival. This also states that your eye sight is up to the standard required by the Dept of Transportation. Parental signature / authorisation will be required for participants under 18 years of age. Team Power Boating conduct zero tolerance approach to drugs and alcohol. We reserve the right to prevent any participant from taking part in this event should we suspect they are unfit to drive for any reason including health issues. Random breath tests may be taken. Any participant found driving in a manner deemed to be dangerous, or fails to adhere to instruction or warnings may have their experience terminated without compensation. The Team Directors decision is final. Third party public liability insurance is provided with your experience. Personal Accident Insurance can be purchased from Team Power Boating prior to the event if required. Team Power Boating will provide all safety equipment which must be worn when instructed. Refreshments / Lunch is available throughout your event at no extra cost for participants. A charge of £10.00 will be made for spectators / guests requiring lunch – prior booking will be required. Team Power Boating reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions of purchase at their discretion.
